Job Description

We are seeking Showroom Manager and Floor Managers with prior hypermarket management experience for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the showroom staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, between 27 to 40 years old Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within a hypermarket or similar large-format retail setting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management practices. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Please send your resume/CV
