to lead our premium showroom operations.

Role Responsibilities:
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a premium customer experience
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Manage inventory and display of luxury vehicles to the highest standards
Handle high-value client interactions with professionalism and discretion
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns
Ensure the showroom meets brand image and cleanliness standards
Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in showroom/sales management (luxury car experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer-focused with a passion for premium service
Ability to manage a team and drive performance
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
Well-groomed and professional appearance
