Showroom Manager

Brief: We are looking for a Showroom Manager for one our clients offereing high-end/Luxury products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To manage showroom Operations day to day activities, ensuring that test models are set up and in outstandingcondition.
2.Managing the inventory and arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
3.Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service
4.Actively participate in selling activities to achieve sales targets.
5.Developing store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
6.Studying the features of all the client's products and flow on the display.
7.Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
8.Develop and manage the showroom staff schedule to ensure adequate coverage.
9.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, maintain database of clients and provide VIP personalizedattention.
10. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
11. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
12. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
13. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
14. Be a shining example of well behavior and high.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in any field.
EXPERIENCE
4-6 years' experience in Retail & Sales, preference on UAE experience.
Communication SKILLS
English, Arabic, (knowledge of more languages is beneficial)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Prior experience as a showroom manager, ideally at a similar field or luxury levelat a minimum
Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager
Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.
Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
Outstanding teamwork, communication, and arbitration abilities.
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Good communication and interpersonal skills
