Showroom Manager
to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer journey in our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee stock replenishment.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain strong client relationships.
Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Organize promotional events and campaigns to increase foot traffic and sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in retail or showroom management, ideally within stationery, lifestyle, or related sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate a team and drive sales performance.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
