We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury showroom and service center. The role includes managing sales, customer service, staff, inventory, and after-sales service for luxury watches,sunglasses, bags, suits, pens, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom and service center operations
Drive sales and ensure excellent customer experience
Supervise and train staff
Oversee watch and accessory servicing and customer follow-ups
Manage inventory, vendors, and basic reporting
Requirements
Experience in luxury retail or showroom management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
