Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Showroom / Branch Manager

to oversee daily operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the showroom/branch. Supervise staff, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement. Maintain stock levels and ensure proper display and merchandising. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for smooth inventory flow. Prepare sales reports and monitor KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.

Requirements:

Must be

currently available in Qatar

. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

managing a

supermarket or hypermarket

. Excellent

communication skills in English and Arabic

. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to

join immediately or with short notice

.
