Shop Supervisor
to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the shop to ensure efficiency and high service standards Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained Oversee staff scheduling and training Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the shop Monitor sales performance and report to management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role (automotive/tire shop experience is a plus) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
