Functions as Service Business Leader. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the services sales and fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence. Responsible for the performance of the Service area and is accountable for the strategy and achievement of specific business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Essential functions and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned.

Responsible for driving the services business from both sales and fulfillment front for the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region

Drive market coverage through sales teams, monitor quotation pipeline and address customer needs

Ensures quality standards of all service operation processes and functions required for execution of work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees

Responsible for achieving mission objectives regarding sales, profit, and management of resources such as backlog analysis, Work in Progress (WIP), overhead management, local inventory management, etc.

As a member of the leadership team, responsible for participating in annual operating plan preparation.

Monitor, measure, and modify process and process measurements to effectively and efficiently meet customer needs and business objectives.

Develop and implement new service products following the market environment, demand and technology evolution.

Manage the fulfillment teams, both back end and front end

Works with HVAC Fulfillment leader and Technician supervisors to establish required skill sets, talents, and capabilities.

Monitor and drive training programs and service engineers & technicians career development.

Works as liaison between business unit/corporate and service team to resolve issues.

Interacts with sales to ensure smooth hand off of projects from the sales process.

Drive the resolution of the in warranty issues to satisfy the customer and protect the Company interest.

Conducts performance appraisals in line with service/sales/supervisory personnel to recommend raises, promotions, training, and disciplinary actions.

Manages performance by monitoring service personnel effectiveness and efficiency in relation to customer service and operating plan goals.

Maintains quality standards by ensuring effective supervision and inspection job sites.

Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and staff as needed.

Responsible for internal communications flow between service personnel and leadership team.

Responsible for maintaining organization\xe2\x80\x99s expertise of Trane and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s products, product design, and requirements for installation as well as working knowledge of HVAC principles to support solutions-based business strategy.

Reviews project measurements and monitors projects through completion.

Responsible for administering safety and environmental program in the service area.

Flexibility to work outside normal working hours and weekends, as required.

Drive the service excellence to be a local market leader.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.

A minimum of + 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams, showcasing ability to guide and inspire team members toward achieving exceptional results.

+ 5 years of proven experience in P&L Management, highlighting expertise in effectively driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Demonstrate strong time management skills, efficiently juggling tasks, and priorities to consistently meet deadlines and achieve stream objectives.

Previous experience in a similar position in the HVAC industry is a must, Rental & Energy Services experience is a plus

Previous experience in managing sales team, fulfillment personnel. Experience in managing managers is a plus.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
