He or she manages the delivery of customer engagements for Orange. Responsible for managing the professional services organization for UAE and Qatar. Acts as primary interface to the customer, vendors and all Orange personnel associated with the program.
The professional services leader is also responsible for growing the business within the CBU both organically and by identifying new opportunities.

Professional Services Delivery Excellence
Represent the professional services team as the delivery leader for UAE and Qatar.
Direct project delivery including regional project progress tracking, change control, and the overall governance process.
Ensure effective program governance is in place to allow for successfully program delivery and governance.
Represent Orange in a positive way and work with account management to build the relationship with customers to enable future business growth.
Ensure revenue and PnL are prepared and maintained.
Measure delivery performance and take corrective action where necessary.
Business Development
Responsible for account business development within UAE and Qatar.
Enabling new account pursuit activities with the sales force including solution conceptualization, project and implementation sizing, writing SOWs and obtaining client signature and support. Responsible for a monthly project focused revenue and booking forecast. Responsibilities include interfacing with sales and clients to define the iterative components of the overall solution roadmap, estimating project cost & duration, and managing opportunities through the financial forecast cycle.
Facilitate services pipeline growth by actively listening for and capturing new services opportunities in target accounts.
Coaching and Mentoring
Supporting Program Directors, Lead Architects and Consultants in the development of their consulting and client presentation skills.
Ensure the team has clear understanding of the trainings and certifications required to achieve the desired business outcome.
Cost Management
Evaluates new methods for controlling, reporting and managing budgets and related costs.
Plan, allocate and manage budgets and P&L.
Give forewarning of any deviations from budget.
Provide tender support for estimating and bid process.
Seek approval from the sponsor for any anticipated expenditure above the budget.
Human Resources Management
Lead in all HR activities for the PS team within the covered region.
Use strategies to promote team effectiveness, morale and productivity.
Ensure the team owns the goals of the regions projects and they are willing to extend themselves to meet the goals.
Onboard and Mentor new hires to ensure they are aligned with the overall Orange business strategy and the MEA strategy.
