A leading engineering company dealing with heavy equipment in Dubai is looking for a Service Manager . Responsibilities: Training ,planning, personnel training and assessment Develop and promote After Sales products and services to new and existing customers through effective marketing activities Responsible for service department\xe2\x80\x99s income and expenditure budgets, ensuring financial performance targets are met. Work in cooperation with principals/manufacturers to achieve business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication Must have experience from companies dealing with Heavy Equipment in the U.A.E Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month Education:
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- working as Service Manager with heavy equipment: 10 years (Required)
- Service Manager in the UAE: 6 years (Required)
- developing and promoting After Sales products and services: 8 years (Required)
- handling income and expenditure budgets: 8 years (Required)
- handling of customer complaints: 8 years (Required)
- recruiting and training employees: 8 years (Required)
