Heavy Equipment & Machinery Rental Supervisor Salary: Please state your expected salary Hadaf Al Hayat Heavy Equipment & Machinery Rental L.L.C is looking for a competent and hardworking Logistics Coordinator to provide support to the Operations Department by managing all aspects of operations including the receipt, storage, and distribution of heavy equipment and machinery and communicating efficiently between management and operation. Qualifications
  • BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
  • 3+ years proven experience as logistics coordinator in rental heavy equipment & machinery
  • Mandatory/Required: UAE Driving License would be an advantage
  • Quick analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Good collaboration and team work abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple purchase orders at once
  • Knowledgeable in PRO Works (Labour & Visa Processing)
  • Mechanical & Electrical Knowledge of Excavators
  • Knowledge of Spare Parts of Excavators
  • Advantage: Skills in operating excavator
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, in particular) or related software (Adobe PDF, in particular)
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Advanced data analysis and data visualization
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills
  • Great leadership and goal-setting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert inventory management
  • Ability to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
  • Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent in handling petty cash, company purchase orders, issuance of invoices, receipt vouchers, and delivery notes
  • Able to work independently
Working conditions Nature or work may require working beyond standard working hours as and when required. Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Operations to manage inventory levels as needed
  • Coordinate staff (operators, mechanics, foremen) according to availabilities and requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
  • Handles petty cash inventories
  • PRO Works (Labour & Visa Processing)
  • Respond and follow up with all inquiries (written and verbal) for vendors and customers related to purchase orders
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
  • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
  • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials, machines, and equipment to ensure they meet needs
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final orders according to customer requirements
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management
  • Prepare accurate invoices, receipt vouchers, and delivery notes
  • Responsible for addressing and resolving any shipment, inventory, or operations issues
