Job Description
Production Manager (for Steel Equipment Able to handle the fabrication of Tipper, Tanker, Low Bed, Garbage Compactor, Car Carrier, Trailers, Semitrailers) : Overall in charge of production operations. Plan work schedules for production department to ensure production personnel meet daily production schedule and meet the required expectation. Monitor and drive production to achieve deadlines and continuously improve, resolving issues that arise. Estimate costs and prepare budgets Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Oversee and lead the design process to ensure it delivers high quality, cost effective and timely solutions in line with business needs. Requirements: Experience in same field is a must Deep knowledge of production management Must have the ability to work overtime and on-call as position may require Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach 18 Visa Transferable Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
