Job Description
Service Crew Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently. Ensure tables, counters, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained. Handle cash, POS transactions, and issue receipts correctly. Maintain cleanliness of utensils, trays, and service areas. Replenish condiments, napkins, and other dining supplies as needed. Uphold excellent customer service standards and resolve minor complaints. Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards. Assist in opening, closing, and daily shift duties as assigned.
