What You'll Do

• Support team members to achieve smooth and timely service
• Uphold company standards in food quality, presentation, and safety
• Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary
• Assist in stock replenishment and proper storage of supplies

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and commitment to excellent customer service
