Role Overview:
As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, present menus, and explain menu items and daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a restaurant, cafe, or food service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a team.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
