Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Service Advisor with
automotive insurance experience
. The Service Advisor will oversee daily interactions with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling aftersales, ensuring customer-focused service, and effective communication with clients to meet their automotive service needs.
Qualifications
Driving License is must.
Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Aftersales
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
Prior experience in the automotive industry and automotive insurance
Proficiency in CRM software and service management systems
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in automotive service are a plus

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
