We are looking for an experienced
Senior Service Advisor
with strong knowledge of car body kits and automotive customization. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring excellent service, accurate estimates, and smooth workflow between clients and our technicians.
Responsibilities:
Advise customers on car body kit options, upgrades, and repairs.
Provide accurate estimates for services, parts, and labor.
Schedule and coordinate work between clients and the workshop team.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
Ensure all services meet company quality standards and timelines.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, work orders, and invoices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in auto body, customization, or car kits.
Strong knowledge of automotive body kits, accessories, and installation processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workflow efficiently.
Familiarity with automotive repair software and billing systems is a plus.
UAE driving license preferred.
