Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, understand their service requirements, and provide accurate technical advice and estimates.
Prepare job cards with precise complaint descriptions and coordinate with technicians and workshop controllers.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding service progress, additional work, pricing, and timelines.
Supervise the repair process and conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Offer detailed explanations of completed work and invoices to customers at delivery time.
Upsell maintenance packages, value-added services, and genuine parts based on customer history.
Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution that meets satisfaction standards.
Coordinate test drives or pick-up/drop-off services as needed (driving may be required).
Ensure complete and accurate records in the DMS and follow workshop processes and warranty procedures.
Provide training and guidance to junior advisors if needed.
Job Requirements:
5 to 10 years
of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, with at least 3 years in the UAE or GCC.
Background in dealership or premium independent workshop preferred.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or a related field.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory

Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and warranty policies.
Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) such as AutoLine, Kerridge, or CDK.
High-level communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong sales, upselling, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented, professional in appearance, organised, and goal-driven.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight service deadlines.
