We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused
Automotive Service Advisor
with
fleet service experience
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling fleet customer service needs, managing service bookings, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and the workshop.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Greet fleet customers and understand their vehicle service needs
Open job cards and coordinate with workshop technicians
Prepare estimates and get customer approvals
Track work progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Provide updates to fleet managers and maintain good client relations
Upsell additional services and follow up on declined jobs
Coordinate with spare parts and billing teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a
Service Advisor
in the automotive industry
Fleet service experience
is a must
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple jobs and work under pressure
Good computer skills (MS Office, DMS/ERP systems)
UAE driving license is a plus
