We are looking for an experienced
Service Advisor
with a strong background in theautomobile industry in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be the key link between customers and our technical team, ensuring smooth service operations and excellent customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues or service needs Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnostics and repairs Update customers on job progress and approvals Maintain service records and follow-up systems Upsell value-added services (AC, detailing, painting, etc.) Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years
of experience as a Service Advisor in Dubai Strong knowledge of automotive services and systems Excellent communication inArabic & English
Customer-focused with a pleasant and professional attitude Experience with workshop management systems (WMS) preferred UAE driving license is an advantageBenefits:
