As a Service Advisor, you embody the essence of our brand and division for our valued customers. Your role is central to fostering robust customer relations, ensuring a seamless and positive end-to-end Aftersales customer journey.
What you will do:
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
Achieve financial objectives by strategically upselling and controlling discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
Actively engage with customers, providing consultations on their needs and service requirements throughout the entire service process, ensuring the vehicle is fixed right the first time.
Coordinate with the Production Team to provide timely progress updates to customers, maintaining on-time delivery commitments.
Ensure comprehensive communication during vehicle delivery, explaining all work performed and associated costs to enhance customer understanding.
Effectively sell service contracts to retail and fleet customers, maximizing success ratios.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
Engage with customers through daily calls, emails, and visits for potential business opportunities and to increase VIN Inflow.
