What you will do
- Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
- Customer service values and AF values are executed at all times.
- Ensure quality is maintained at all times
- Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages (product, service) the company offers.
- Implement 5S at work.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the business SOP.
- Compliance with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
- Learning and development by upgrading themselves with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
