Job Brief:

Organized and goal-oriented Prescription Engineer responsible for developing Relations with customers in the region which includes setting strategies, selling to and educating customers about the company\'s product portfolio, facilities, and services.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, including customers, consultants, contractors, Leadership, local government, and the industry. This position will require high energy, and a proven ability to grow Business.

The Prescription Engineer can be required to travel throughout their assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

Account Management

- Support all aspects of the relationship with Consultants/ Specifying bodies within the assigned area of responsibility. Include the company\'s products and systems in the Specifications.

- Provide technical assistance to Consultants / Specifying bodies.

- Communicate specification detail, Project detail, and successful contractor information to the sales force for follow-up.

- Liaise closely with the Sales team and ensure all projects are followed up with the successful contractors.

- Be aware of and responsive to market conditions and competitor activities. Communicate such information to sales management and product managers.

- Maintain a cooperative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.

- Plan promotional efforts, presentations, and training sessions with consultants.

- Ensure Consultant Libraries are always up to date.

- Actively manage and develop all customers within an agreed portfolio.

- Develop and sustain a solid relationship between the company and its customers.

- Deal with all customer queries quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

- Ensure customer service and customer expectations are exceeded.

- Sustain rapport with key growth accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

- Build relationships by meeting with senior executives to discuss their business issues & present best practice solutions.

New Business Development

- Identify and follow up on inquiries and sales leads with new sectors.

- Growing the given portfolio through proactive prospecting through activities such as market research, networking, and lead generation.

- Updating the management team on topics such as industry trends, area performance, competitor activity, lost jobs, revenue, and utilization.

- Conducting End Users sales visits with new and existing customers with the goal of securing or retaining business.

Reporting & Information Systems

- Ensure the CRM system is routinely updated with information such as customer visits, quotes, and forecasts.

- Assist with producing sales activity, market, and competitor analysis reports.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with significant experience in the field.

- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

- Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field.

- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.

- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone.

- Language: English & Arabic.

- 6+ years\' experience in UAE & GCC.

- Experience with Main Consultants in the Region.

- Health Care Customers Relation.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Experience working at international companies.
