Job Description

Sales Strategy & Growth

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve business objectives. Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams. Set sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs aligned with company goals. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, train, manage and mentor the sales team. Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular reviews. Motivate and coach team members to exceed targets. Build a strong sales culture focused on performance and accountability.
Business Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead high-value negotiations and close strategic deals. Expand customer base and improve customer retention.
Sales Operations & Reporting

Track sales performance using CRM and reporting tools. Analyze data to improve sales processes and conversion rates. Prepare regular sales reports for senior management. Optimize sales pipelines and forecasting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams. Align sales initiatives with brand positioning and product strategy.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
