We are seeking a driven and experienced

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Head of Sales

to lead and expand our client base in the

interior design and furniture sector

. The ideal candidate must have at least

5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE furniture market

, with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of client management, sales strategy, and industry trends. Experience in

interior design, FF&E, or fit-out

is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth. Generate new leads and manage existing client relationships across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. Identify project opportunities and convert them into signed deals. Lead the sales process from client engagement to contract closure. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage and guide the sales team (if applicable), providing leadership and direction. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales reports. Maintain strong market awareness, including competitors, pricing trends, and client expectations. Build relationships with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the UAE furniture industry

is preferred. Strong network of industry contacts within the UAE (clients, consultants, vendors). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. UAE driving license. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience handling premium or custom furniture projects. Understanding of procurement and vendor coordination in the UAE market.
