Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify and secure new business in corporate, leisure, and group/MICE segments.
  • Conduct site visits, client entertainment activities, and proactive sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates.
  • Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure alignment with Holiday Inn brand standards and guest satisfaction objectives.
Ideal Profile
  • Proven track record in hotel sales management, preferably with international brands.
  • Familiarity with IHG systems and standards is an advantage.
  • Currently based in the UAE with a strong market network.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for hospitality sales.
