Overview of the role: The role is to support the sales objectives through achieving given sales targets. This role is responsible for providing first rate service to current and potential customers. The role acts as the focal point to continuously promote the improvement of customer service. A close liaison is maintained between all departments and all personnel are involved in the process to create a \xe2\x80\x9cQuality Service Culture\xe2\x80\x9d.
What you will do:
  • Sell MHE ( Fork lifts and Warehousing equipment ) by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance recommending new opportunities.
  • Professionally conclude sales using negotiating terms (trade-ins, type and method of payment, etc.), obtaining necessary agreements and draw up the sales contract
  • Meet individual sales targets by maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Deliver first class customer service and take responsibility for the assigned work
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Manage the customer handover process, ensuring compliance with proces

Required Skills to be successful:
  • Preferably a business administration graduate
  • Engineering background qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years sales expereince in Commercial Vehicles and MHE
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
