Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Direct, manage, and coordinate the daily execution of project activities covering Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines. Review design drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Track and control project schedules, work progress, manpower deployment, and resource utilization. Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and seamless project flow. Supervise site operations to ensure all construction works adhere to approved quality standards, HSE requirements, and project procedures. Identify design conflicts, technical challenges, and coordination issues, and work with the project team to develop effective solutions. Prepare and verify progress reports, inspection requests, method statements, and other essential project documentation. Support the Project Manager in monitoring cost performance, managing variation claims, and handling project correspondences. Ensure strict adherence to project quality control measures, inspection protocols, and safety regulations. Contribute to project planning activities, risk assessments, forecasting, and performance reviews to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 8-10 years of solid experience in project execution, site management, or construction supervision (GCC experience is a plus). Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project is beneficial. Strong grasp of construction methodologies, industry standards, and technical codes. Excellent leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team management. Valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
