• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control measures throughout project phases
• Oversee project-related accounting issues including owner billings
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and safety practices

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in GCC high-rise construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of construction rules, regulations, and performance standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
