We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Structural Engineer

specialized in

high-rise buildings and towers

. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale vertical structures from concept through completion. This role demands technical excellence, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of international design codes and high-rise construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design and analysis for high-rise towers and complex multi-story buildings. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure structural integrity and integration. Review and approve detailed design calculations, structural drawings, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with international codes such as ACI, BS, Eurocode, and local building regulations. Provide technical supervision and mentoring to junior structural engineers and drafters. Attend project meetings, site visits, and liaise with contractors during construction phases. Conduct structural risk assessments and value engineering exercises. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and monitor construction quality to meet design intent.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

from an accredited institution.

Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience in structural engineering for high-rise towers

(applications with less experience will be automatically disqualified). Proven experience in

designing buildings 30+ stories or higher

. Strong knowledge of international design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.). Proficiency in structural software such as

ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, Revit, and AutoCAD

. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-profile projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer status. Experience working with renowned consultants or contractors on landmark high-rise developments. Familiarity with seismic and wind load design for tall buildings.
