Responsibilities: * Define and select anti-corrosion coatings and thermal insulation systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, OHTC requirements, and international standards.
Prepare and review engineering deliverables for Pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed design phases, including specifications, thickness calculations, reports, and procedures.
Develop FJC execution documentation and provide technical support for in-house and subcontractor operations, ensuring offshore readiness and equipment setup.
Interface with clients, vendors and subcontractors: conduct TBEs, review and approve documents, attend bid clarifications, PO kick-off, and pre-inspection meetings.
Participate in project risk assessments, HAZOPs, and technical reviews, while supporting SCM for cost optimization and best-value coating solutions.
Provide operational and design expertise for Field Joint Coating equipment, including setup, maintenance, and development of internal/external systems.
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree
Minimum 15 Years of Experience in FJC (Field Joint Coating) activities
Ability to lead the team
Willing to relocate to Jebel Ali
Organized and Detailed Oriented
