Post: Senior Plumbing Technician
- Execute complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Lead a team of plumbers and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot water supply, drainage, and piping issues across facilities.
- Interpret plumbing blueprints and adhere to building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service and materials used.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in facility management and maintenance.
- Technical qualification is a MUST for all positions.
- Good level of English literacy is a must.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
