We are currently recruiting for a Senior Officer to join our Workforce Solutions team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.
Senior Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the HR and Administration function within the workforce team. Their meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills keeps all the transactional HR tasks running like clockwork.
Financial:

  • Management of All WFS Insurance policies census list including weekly updating of the master file.
  • Manage cash and credit card requests for provision of services like passes, EID applications etc.
  • Review and update salaries on HRMS system.
  • Ensure there are no frequent errors in transactions causing additional costs to business.
Customer:
  • Closely advise with WFS administration team on transition planning for Onboarding/Offboarding Projects.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of the following HR services to the end client; recruitment and hiring, employment visa (new, renewals, cancellations), passport and visa services, payroll services, onboarding and offboarding, disciplinary and performance management, Oracle workflow and processing and ad hoc HR requests.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and offboarding of employees in line with the agreed SLA's.
  • Assign and monitor the employee assistance portal.
Process:
  • Lead in weekly and monthly reports on direct report activities and status as and when required.
  • Ensure the team follows the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each assigned account.
  • Lead the trainings for new joiners and refresh training of processes.
  • Understand how the individual work schedules are aligned to the team schedule to meet the deadlines.
  • Assist in the disciplinary issues arising from employees in conjunction with client HR.
Innovation:
  • Devise and contribute to simplifying processes and bringing enhancements to business through automation, process change etc.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and savings.
Selection Criteria:
  • Should be aware of the Basic UAE Labor laws and processes.
  • Minimum English Language Level 4 (by Transguard Group Standards)
  • Organize and can re-prioritize and multitask.
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have experience in basic HR and Admin functions.
  • Exposure to HRMS system will be an advantage.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Efficient in excel (Advanced will be an advantage)
