A growing Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Senior Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Supply Chain for their team in the UAE. - In charge of developing, implementing, and managing projects and initiatives that optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the supply chain operations.
- Provide recommendations for process changes, cost reduction, and operational optimization.
- Improve system utilization for existing systems and leverage advanced technologies such as data analytics and AI to optimize supply chain operations.
- Identify potential supply chain risks, and develop risk assessment models to proactively mitigate disruption.
- Analyzing supply chain data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making.
- Candidate must be willing to work in the UAE.
- 4 years Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Pharmacy.
- Minimum 10-12+ years of experience in supply chain management, performance management, or process optimization roles.
- Six Sigma/Lean experience is a must. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt from accredited Institutions is highly preferred.
- Experience with ERP-SAP systems, supply chain software, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with the business, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders is required.
