Responsibilities:
- Monitoring IT Supply Chain Monthly KPI Reports and reviewing Procurement and Logistics performance, and Identify gaps in procure to pay process and propose changes to Management.
- Applying the latest technologies system for Procurement E-Sourcing to support strategic sourcing and applying P2P process to enhance the process.
- Work closely with Procurement Management and Finance to develop the annual operating budget for IT Supply Chain function, and to establish budgetary controls in line with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
- Carry out periodic suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 evaluation & assessment to monitor the supplier\xe2\x80\x99s performance for better improvements.
- Work closely with Finance team to ensure timely payment to suppliers for goods and services received and no disruptions to the Supply Chain at any point of time in P2P process.
- Be actively involved in the solution implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with customer expectations.
- Review and evaluate OEMs partnerships and propose how to improve the current partnership levels towards the best interest of the organization.
- Manage the IT contracts and tendering process related to all projects and internal procurement needs in close coordination with the relevant Stakeholders in respective divisions.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to procurement.
- Supply Chain and Logistics manager having minimum 10+ years of Information Technology experience and strong operational and leadership skills.
- Strong negotiator at achieving significant cost reduction results.
- Able to articulate solution and suggestions to senior management, and implement strategies for Supply Chain Operation and Supplier/Vendors Performance Metrics successfully.
- Extensive experience in development of sourcing strategies, encompassing vendor identification, development and analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness
- Extensive experience in Supply Chain ERP Systems
- Knowledge of OEMs Pricing structure and margins or visibility of Distributors margins
