Senior Maintenance Engineer Facilities Management

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to oversee facility operations and tenant maintenance requirements. The role involves managing service providers, contractors and third party inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, prepare walk around reports, coordinating with tenants, tenant move in and move out inspection and refurbishment works and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Facilities Engineering
- 7-10 years' experience in building maintenance or FM
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and FM practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience handling tenant-related maintenance issues
- Manage daily maintenance operations (MEP, HVAC, civil works), PPM, monitoring and maintain quality, safety and timely completion of tasks.
- Ensuring all building assets are maintained, supporting energy conservation initiatives and cost savings.
- Maintain KPI's, documentations and service records as per ISO standards.
- Address tenant service requests promptly and professionally.
- Tenant move out inspection, refurbishment works for new move in.
- Prepare scope, invite tenders for renovation works of offices / Villas / buildings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Lead FM engineers and contractors to ensure service quality and timely completion.
- Driving License is Mandatory
