Your responsibilities will span from requirement gathering to solution design, testing, and deployment, ensuring that AI initiatives meet both technical feasibility and business relevance.
What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document AI-focused business requirements
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans for AI/ML implementations
• Act as a liaison between business units, data science teams, and developers
• Support data collection, data wrangling, and model validation processes
• Assist in designing and prototyping AI-enabled user journeys and features
• Evaluate existing workflows for AI automation and process optimization
• Define KPIs and success criteria for AI-powered solutions
• Monitor project progress, risk, and stakeholder communication
• Facilitate UAT testing and post-implementation performance reviews

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master's is a plus
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with 2+ years in AI/ML projects
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics)
• Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and algorithm lifecycle
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools like Python, Jupyter, Power BI, or cloud AI services (AWS, Azure)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
