What You'll Do

  • Review and analyze existing or proposed financial systems to define requirements and recommend improvements
  • Lead customization and development of ERP and financial applications with users, developers, and consultants
  • Organize and conduct system testing to ensure functionality, security, and user-friendliness
  • Act as liaison between users and developers to resolve conflicting requirements and provide feedback for enhancements
  • Deliver user training, orientation, and continuous support for financial systems
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and user manuals for current and future use
  • Monitor system performance and initiate fine-tuning for adaptability and efficiency
  • Customize applications and reports based on business requirements
  • Install, configure, and manage information systems for users
  • Develop and maintain logical and physical data models aligned with business needs
  • Coordinate benchmark exercises to align systems with industry best practices
  • Serve as focal point for user access, security requirements, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain and analyze system documentation; create guides, reports, and flowcharts
  • Provide technical support, application training, and assist with data retrieval for users
  • Develop procedures and workflows to improve organizational efficiency
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with formal training in ERP/financial systems implementation
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting, including ERP or financial systems implementation in large organizations
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ERP applications, system customization, and financial processes
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with ability to train and support users
  • Proficiency in system security, user management, and troubleshooting
