As a Senior Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for training and supervising a team of housekeeping staff, scheduling their shifts, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness, managing inventory and supplies, and implementing and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Responsibilities:
AED 6000 - 8000 plus Live out allowance AED 1500 + travel allowance 500, Yearly ticket

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Train and supervise a team of housekeeping staff
- Schedule shifts and manage staff resources effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest requirements and ensure smooth operations
- Inspect and ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public areas
- Manage inventory and supplies to meet departmental needs
- Implement and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Proven experience in a housekeeping role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of high-end laundry items and fabrics
- IT savvy - should know how to use MS Office and similar software
- Pet friendly - Should be comfortable around pets like dogs etc
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
