The Role
Consultant Senior Manager for Proposals Center of an International Management Consulting Firm Based in Dubai, this role would involve working closely with the leadership team across practices. You would manage a large pool of consultants (associates and senior associates) effectively building on their strengths, supporting them in their development and training them on best practice for proposal delivery. Responsibilities: Proposal Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Play a leading role in proposal development processes to ensure the delivery of high impact, brand-defining proposals, and presentations across all sectors / topics \xe2\x80\xa2 Effectively and quickly process and assimilate complex research and new information across various sectors and topics, and crack the case \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop storylines of the proposal and consistently produce clear, persuasive and concisely written proposals \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop key hypotheses and insights for the proposal, in coordination with the AH director and senior team, to position the AH proposals as a first step into the assignment findings Continuous Innovation \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive innovation in proposal delivery by leveraging multimedia and digital technologies and advancing new proposal delivery models such as videos, websites, dashboards, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with VCS and preferred vendors on identifying and advancing new visualization or proposal delivery models \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay on the lookout for new innovation techniques that can be used in proposal delivery Business Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Play a key role and own the knowledge platform, by contributing in growing the database of content available ensuring content quality and relevance as well as leading the discussions with the technology vendors on the application\xe2\x80\x99s tech features and customer experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Centre Director in developing differentiated business collaterals (beyond proposals) for business development purposes Cross Functional Collaboration \xe2\x80\xa2 Work effectively with cross functional teams, Hubs, VCS, Research Hub, BOMs and translation \xe2\x80\x93 to develop various steps of proposal Quality Assurance \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and address all facets of deliverable quality (accuracy, content depth, clarity of message, tone, etc.)

Requirements
Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 7+ years of consulting experience at a top tier international consulting firm (Manager level) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project and people management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Established analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Intrapreneurship and proactivity, being on the lookout of improvement opportunities for the Hub \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of RFP process and proposal development \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to develop relationships at all levels of an organization \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
