A Senior Fleet Sales Consultant is responsible for managing and growing the company's fleet sales business This role involves working with both existing and new clients to provide tailored solutions, ensure high customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets The consultant typically focuses on large-scale sales, such as selling vehicles or related services to organisations with multiple fleet vehicles
Job Responsibilities
Main Job Functions:
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of models and types
Ensure efficient sales forecasting and reservation management
Retain existing customers through regular follow-ups and acquire new prospects, converting them into buyers
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to all clients
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database
Plan daily sales activities, including visits, phone calls, and emails
Submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager
Gather and report important market intelligence relating to competitors and clients
Complete all company documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Comply with all company and departmental rules regarding the purchase, registration, insurance, and payment of vehicles
Keep all existing and potential customers informed about new models and benefits offered by the dealership
Prospecting:
Continuously seek new fleet prospects for Nissan products
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate additional business
Liaise with the Service department to identify vehicles of fleet owners due for replacement
Keep the Fleet Sales Manager informed of bulk deals to offer additional support or benefits
Add value to every sale by promoting extended warranty, insurance, rustproofing, service contracts, and accessories
Selling Skills:
Understand what is important to fleet owners when purchasing vehicles and close sales transparently following the complete sales process
Maintain thorough knowledge of products, SOPs, credit procedures, F&I, and services
Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitors' products, specifications, and pricing to address customer objections
Qualify and determine customer needs to offer the best possible solutions
Measurement & Performance:
Achieve targets while controlling discounts
Commit to and fulfil KPIs assigned by management
Maintain a balanced ratio of existing and new customers to meet sales targets
Other Responsibilities:
Report to duty on time and maintain attendance, punctuality, and discipline
Follow the guidance and instructions of the Fleet Sales Manager on official matters
Attend and report to trainings on time

Ensure individual compliance with the sales process (ISO & SOP)
Educational Qualification
Graduate or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Work Experience
3-5 years of corporate sales experience is essential
Competencies
Strong understanding of fleet management, vehicle leasing, and financing options
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyse customer needs and offer customised solutions
Knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends and regulatory requirements
Preferably corporate automotive sales experience (field/outdoor)
Valid GCC driver's license
Languages
Excellent English: Arabic is desirable
