Position Overview:





We are seeking a highly driven and experienced

Senior Membership Sales Consultant

with a proven track record in the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will have

5-6 years of experience in membership sales

, exceptional communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to thrive in a

target-driven environment

.

This role requires a strong focus on

lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales

while ensuring exceptional service to potential and existing members.


Key Responsibilities:




Drive membership sales through

effective prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation

strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly

sales targets and KPIs

. Conduct tours of the gym facility, explain membership options, and create

personalized fitness solutions

for prospects. Follow up with leads promptly to convert inquiries into memberships. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in MS Excel or CRM systems. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns, events, and corporate tie-ups. Ensure

exceptional customer service

throughout the membership process and beyond. Participate in

community outreach activities

to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Stay updated with the latest fitness industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:




5-6 years of proven experience

in membership sales or fitness consulting within the fitness or wellness industry. Strong background in

cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-value sales

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

.

Sales-target oriented

with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

(reporting and data analysis). Professional, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills. Must be currently based in the

UAE

with a valid visa. Willingness to

work in any emirate

as per the company's requirements.

Preferred Skills:




Experience in

corporate membership sales

or B2B partnerships. Knowledge of CRM tools and fitness membership management systems. * Ability to handle objections and deliver

high-conversion presentations
