The Fleet Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and engaging with corporate customers to achieve fleet sales targets The role involves promoting vehicles and related products, providing tailored solutions to meet customer requirements, and managing tender submissions They maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate timely vehicle deliveries, and ensure appropriate after-sales support By gathering market insights and customer feedback, they strengthen long-term key accounts and maintain a competitive edge in the market
Job Responsibilities
Achieve assigned fleet sales targets by identifying fleet and corporate customers whose vehicle requirements align with our product range Build strong business relationships to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to ensure our products remain top-of-mind when purchasing decisions arise
Promote and sell vehicles based on available stock
Provide test drives and professional product presentations to customers
Identify and assess customer needs, proposing suitable solutions that effectively meet their transportation requirements in terms of product mix and model selection
Offer financial solutions through company-authorised banks and insurance providers
Promote the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products, accessories, and service contracts
Participate in tenders issued by government and private organisations; prepare quotations, pricing, terms, and all relevant documentation in coordination with the Fleet Sales Manager to ensure the most competitive package is offered
Prepare and maintain daily visit and call reports, ensuring achievement of weekly and monthly KPI targets for both existing and new customers
Maintain an up-to-date customer database and contribute to the development of prospective customer lists
Coordinate timely Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and vehicle deliveries to customers, ensuring accurate and complete sales documentation at the point of delivery
Liaise with the service division regarding customer after-sales enquiries to ensure proper and timely follow-through
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to understand market trends, stay ahead of competition, and better meet customer needs
Maintain and develop key accounts on a monthly basis
Educational Qualification
Degree in any discipline or an automotive vocational qualification
Work Experience
3-5 years of fleet sales experience within the GCC market
Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dynamic and proactive personality
Solid knowledge of automotive sales gained through training or hands-on experience
Languages
* Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)
