Role Summary
Al-Futtaim Group, one of the most diversified and progressive privately held regional businesses in the Middle East, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive - Central Operations to join our Dubai team. This role will oversee daily operational tasks related to stock management, store opening/closure, physical inventory counts, reporting, procurement processes, and serve as the key liaison between stores and the regional office. The position plays a vital role in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring consistent standards across all stores in alignment with company policies and brand requirements.

What You'll Do

• Maintain strong communication with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to relevant parties
• Coordinate with buying and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment
• Respond promptly to store and customer queries across multiple platforms
• Support digital order processing for food apps and monitor inventory for carry bags and uniforms
• Oversee vendor payments, maintenance contracts, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Conduct store visits to ensure SOP compliance and operational excellence
• Track and control operational costs, shrinkage, and asset utilization to maximize cost efficiency
• Manage SAP transactions, Ariba requests, Retail Pro updates, and Tableau reporting for operational accuracy
• Standardize store filing systems and enforce stock and system accuracy procedures
• Collaborate on IT integration, store development projects, and new business initiatives
• Provide training to store teams on new systems, processes, and projects

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of retail operational or administrative experience
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, POS systems, and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills with an optimistic and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to handle complex tasks and make informed decisions under pressure
• Experience in multi-national retail environments preferred
