What You'll Do

• Lead expansion of shopper and vendor management best practices across the region
• Support local and regional teams to improve operational metrics and vendor success
• Track and enhance operational processes such as vendor onboarding, catalog audits, inventory integrations, and picker performance
• Assist local markets with execution of operational initiatives and processes
• Monitor compliance with BAU processes and escalate gaps when required
• Own and maintain reporting, documentation, and SOPs for operational functions
• Develop and track SOPs for BAU processes including device allocation and uniform ordering
• Solve recurring market issues using established procedures or by recommending process improvements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably within vendor or grocery logistics
• Strong understanding of vendor operations and workforce management
• Ability to document processes, create guidelines, and support implementation
• Skilled at analyzing data to identify key insights and operational trends
• Confident in issue resolution, escalation management, and proposing improvements
• Knowledge of grocery or retail operations is a strong advantage
• High sense of ownership, detail orientation, and eagerness to learn
