Job Overview
As a Senior Executive - Learning and Development, you will manage the day-to-day training administration while playing a critical role in coordinating learning systems, tracking development goals, and assisting in the execution of group-wide L&D strategies within the property.
What You'll Do

• Administer training and development systems including Oracle Tahweel and Axonify, ensuring timely updates and data accuracy
• Coordinate internal learning sessions and external training bookings across all departments
• Provide front-line support to hotel teams regarding L&D policies, procedures, and system access
• Monitor property-level learning compliance, prepare reports, and assist in audits
• Collaborate with department heads to track training needs and align development plans
• Maintain training calendars, track attendance, and manage follow-ups on evaluations and learning outcomes

Ideal Profile

• UAE National as per local employment requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an L&D or training coordination role within a luxury hotel or service environment
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or related discipline
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with learning platforms is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and passionate about people development
