What You'll Do

• Manage demand forecasting, supply planning, and performance tracking at national and city levels
• Align rider staffing with demand while optimizing onboarding, retention, and cost flexibility
• Oversee P&L performance, monitoring cost-per-order and operational efficiency metrics
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
• Lead vendor performance management, ensuring timely deliveries and service consistency
• Execute high-impact strategic projects including mobility pilots, batching models, and segmentation
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools for executive-level decision-making
• Build SOPs and share best practices across markets to establish UAE as the regional benchmark
• Partner with commercial, finance, and product teams to align operational goals with growth strategies
• Represent UAE logistics in regional forums and leadership discussions

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, marketplace, or last-mile operations with at least 3 years managing managers
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results in operational KPIs and OKRs
• Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and workforce economics
• Advanced data analysis, dashboard creation, and automation skills
• Experience with operational systems and performance monitoring tools
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Executive presence with structured communication skills for senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC market dynamics and multi-city operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; advanced degree preferred
