Talabat is seeking a Senior Specialist Vendor Operations in Dubai, UAE to support the growth of its Local Shops (Non-Food Vertical). The role will focus on vendor onboarding, operational excellence, compliance, and performance tracking across multiple markets, ensuring vendors are set up for success.

What You'll Do

• Lead expansion of vendor and shopper management best practices across markets
• Support local and regional operations teams to improve vendor performance metrics
• Track operational processes including onboarding, catalog cleanup, inventory integrations, and picker performance
• Assist local markets with execution of new initiatives beyond BAU tasks
• Monitor compliance with daily operational processes across markets
• Own documentation, reporting, and development of SOPs and process guides
• Create and manage SOPs for BAU processes such as device allocation and uniform distribution
• Resolve recurring operational issues through established procedures or process improvements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably in vendor or grocery operations
• Strong knowledge of vendor operations and workforce management practices
• Skilled in documenting processes, guidelines, and operational workflows
• Ability to analyze data, highlight insights, and support performance improvements
• Confident in resolving issues, knowing when to escalate, and proposing effective solutions
• Experience with grocery or retail operations is a strong advantage
• High ownership mindset with eagerness to learn and contribute
