Job Description
Responsibilities-
1. Prepare detailed BOQ based on drawings and site survey for electrical, plumbing, AC and IT.
2. Coordinate with designs and project department to ensure the MEP requirements are met
3. Liase with site engineers to clarify MEP issues and provide the required support
4. Assist in evaluating and selecting the right suppliers or vendors .
5. Knowledge in preparation of drawings based on design concepts and specification provided by design or project team will be added advantage
Qualifications:
Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Degree (Required)
A minimum of 8-10 years of Estimator Electromechanical experience in the UAE
Knowledge in the fit-out industry (including joinery and MEP) is a must.
