Al Bahiya Trading and Services, a leading name in facilities management and trading services in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced

Senior Estimator Engineer

specializing in Hard Services to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating the estimating process for MEP and facilities management projects, ensuring accurate cost projections and supporting the commercial success of each bid.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for Hard Services (MEP) and FM projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop comprehensive estimates. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers during the bidding phase. Identify potential cost risks and opportunities in proposals. Maintain a database of historical costs and vendor information to support future estimates. Contribute to post-bid review and handover processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Hard Services (MEP) estimating - UAE experience required. At least 2 years of experience in Fit-out and Facilities Management work. Exposure to Soft Services operations is an advantage. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Relevant certifications or diplomas in estimation or cost engineering are preferred
